Singer Moses Ssali Alias Bebe Cool has this season proved to be NRM’s biggest mobilizer/asset to counter Bobi Wine. Bebe, who has participated in NRM campaigns since way back has mastered the campaign game and his contribution to the party in unmatched.
Bebe Cool yesterday nailed it again when he pulled thousands of Nebbi residents from their homes when he made his way into the mentioned West Nile District alongside other immunized bazukulu like Catherine Kusasira, Big Eye, Phina Mugerwa and Coco Finger.
Just like the previous districts they’ve been to, the Silent Majority group distributed free NRM T-shirts to staunch supporters who in no time painted the entire town yellow. The NRM diehards were heard several times chanting “Museveni abeewo”, a phrase meaning Museveni should stay.
The group is now expected to visit other West Nile districts of Moyo and Koboko before heading to Gulu next week. The group will traverse the whole country mobilizing NRM supporters ahead of the 2021 general elections.
President Museveni was also in Nebbi yesterday where he met NRM leaders before taking the campaigns to all West Nile radio stations and UBC TV later in the evening.
