A team of immunized Bazukulu led by the Silent Majority diehard Bebe Cool yesterday stormed Lira City shortly after President Museveni’s meeting with NRM leaders. Singers Big Eye, Catherine Kusasira, Jingo Sho and Promoter Bajjoswitched things up when they distributed Sevo’s T-shirts.
The whole city was in no minute painted yellow as the bazukulumade sure they rocked the yellow outfits before hitting the streets to chant Museveni’s name on top of their voices.
President Museveni is today expected to go back to Lira for a media campaign which will be aired live on all Lango radio stations as well as on the state-owned UBC TV later in the evening.
The Silent Majority team will traverse the whole country a day before Sevo’s scheduled meetings to create that ‘Securing Your Future’ vibe.
It should be recalled that President Museveni recently launched Manifesto themed “Securing Your Future”.
He will only meet small groups of people in a bid to slow the spread of COVID-19. However, he will also appear on radios and TVs of each region he visits and continuing students at home should stay put and listen on how they should secure their future.
