Joseph Maani, a final year Makerere University law student has joined the Boda Boda industry after waiting desperately for President Museveni to re-open schools and higher institutions of learning.
Hahaha, gotcha! Maani has featured as a model in photographer Bash Mutumba’s story that also features NTV Presenter Lynda Ddane. The story, that is meant for viewers to wild in their imagination tells tales of how even the low income earners can fall in love with and sweep fly babes off their feet (a rare thing in today’s world.)
“Who said a struggling Ghetto youth can’t be loved by an uptown girl?” the fast rising photographer, a former scribe with Campus Bee by the way, asked before sharing his work.
Maani, a thickly bearded male model acts as a lowly boda boda man that has a fun plan with the love of his life and the two have a picnic planned. Together, they ride to their spot and eat out of a basket (like people do on picnics).
They also get a chance to wash their bike together all this while sharing those lovey-dovey moments we all wish to share with our loved ones.
