Day three of the four-day Makerere University 70th graduation ceremony was today thronged by yummy babes and handsome dudes of Makerere University Business School (MUBS). The business graduands started flying in before 7.30am and by 9am, the Freedom Square was already full.
The ceremony was characterized by jubilations, funfair, events that confirm how the Nakawa-based students love to party responsibly. Several graduands were spotted taking selfies and hugging their pals one more time before hitting the streets for job hunting.
In his speech to the graduands, the MUBS Principal Prof Wasswa Balunywa congratulated the graduands. Balunywa later called for MUBS’ financial independence before explaining that every time they (MUBS) need a grant, they have to pass through Makerere main campus under the leadership of Prof Barnabas Nawangwe.
“We hope that in the coming funds MUBS staff will independently be able to tender their visions and they should receive grants in their own right because now they apply with the Makerere staff. I want to congratulate the parents for supporting these students. “ Balunywa said.
