Ndejje University has released official guidelines for students preparing to participate in the upcoming graduation ceremony.
Scheduled for 7th March, 2025, all graduating students must complete a five-step clearance process before they can receive their academic awards.
According to the announcement, students must first make all required payments at the bank before proceeding to obtain a clearance form from the Accounts Section.
The third step involves taking this clearance form to multiple departments for approval, including the Bursar, Library, Dean of Students, Games department, and the Academic Registrar’s office.
Once these departments have signed off, students must submit their acknowledged result slip, signed by their faculty, to the Office of the Academic Registrar.
The final step allows graduates to obtain their graduation gown and invitation cards for the ceremony.
The 26th graduation ceremony will take place at Ndejje University’s Main Campus in Luwero under the theme “Bearing fruit that abide,” drawn from John 15:5.
