Ndejje University has today December 17 held its 23rd graduation ceremony with thousands earning respective awards from Bachelor’s level to Doctoctrates.
The eventful celebration was held at the University’s main campus in Luweero with the Vice President of the Republic of Uganda Hon Jessica Alupo as the chief guest who delivered the President’s message to the congregation.
Ndejje University recognised its top performers at this year’s graduation as Julius Buteba (Best Male student) with CGPA 4.85 and Doreen Namukasa Male with CGPA 4.64 (Best in Females)
The ceremony was graced by Uganda Communications Commission ED Eng. Irene Kaggwa Sewankambo as the Guest Speaker.
“Allow me to thank the Founders, current Management, and Staff of Ndejje University. For a good 29 years, you have not only survived, you have thrived; you have not only served, you have persevered and delivered; you have not only kept the university at the top, you have put it on the map,” she remarked.
On the same day, the Chairman of the University Consortium Rt. Rev. Eridard Kironde Nsubuga handed over instruments of power to the newly appointed Chancellor Rt. Rev. Dr. Hannington Mutebi.
