Nkumba University has reechoed on the timeline for its upcoming 26th Graduation Ceremony, which is set to take place on 26th October 2024.
The university has outlined key steps for graduates to follow leading up to the event, with the clearance deadline being a critical date for all prospective graduands.
The clearance process began on 31st August 2024, and graduates are expected to complete it by 12th October 2024.
This deadline is pivotal, as no student will be allowed to proceed with the graduation process without clearing all pending academic and financial obligations.
After the clearance deadline, the final graduation lists will be generated on 18th October 2024.
Issuance and collection of graduation gowns and invitation cards will take place between 25th September and 12th October 2024, coinciding with the clearance period.
Graduands are urged to meet the clearance requirements to avoid delays, ensuring they are included in the final list of graduands.
