Ndejje University marked a significant milestone today as it celebrated its 25th graduation ceremony at the main campus in Luweero District.
With a total of 2,093 graduates, the ceremony was a momentous occasion filled with pride and accomplishment.
The graduating class comprised 1,170 female students, representing 55.9% of the total graduates, and 923 male students, accounting for 44.1% of the cohort.
The gender distribution reflects the university’s commitment to fostering gender equality and empowering women through higher education.
The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including Rev. Canon. Prof. Olivia Nasaka Banja (Ph.D), who presided over the event, and the University Chancellor Rt. Rev. Dr. Hannington Mutebi, who conferred the degrees upon the graduates.
Addressing the graduates, Rev. Canon. Prof. Olivia Nasaka Banja emphasized the importance of lifelong learning and urged them to continue striving for excellence in their respective fields.
