Ideally, I would want Ugandans in their 20s who have or are working toward a university degree in a related field like marketing or English, but more importantly they must have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the media industry in Kampala, be smart, responsible and trustworthy (AKA professional), and eager to develop their skills. I can offer training and a great work experience and reference. Salary will be based on qualifications.
