Kabale University is mourning the loss of two students, Methodius Niwamanya and Osbert Natuhwera.
It is reported that both were pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education.
Worse still, the students were set to graduate in October later this year.
The university community is deeply saddened by this double tragedy, which has occurred just months before these promising young men were to celebrate their academic achievements.
Information regarding the cause of their demise is still scanty.
Methodius and Osbert were known for their dedication to their studies and were beloved by their peers and lecturers alike.
Their sudden passing has left a profound impact on the university, with thoughts and prayers being extended to their families, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
