Sharon Kalenzi , a former prostitute is one of the many students who recently graduated at Pastor Robert Kayanja’s Miracle Bible College.
According to a post on Robert Kayanja ministries facebook page this afternoon, Kalenzi who graduated in Discipleship and Leadership is a former prostitute from China and confessed that she underwent over five abortions before getting saved.
After a failed attempt to abort the sixth time, tired of her lifestyle, Kalenzi managed to deliver the baby but decided to return to Uganda to join the 77 Days of Glory at Miracle Center Cathedral, Rubaga .
“When we first heard about her story, we handed her over to Girl Power, a women’s department here at church and she’s been able to undergo discipleship classes which have literally transformed her life,” the management of the Kayanja ministries narrated in the post. Below is the full narration;
Sharon Kalenzi is one of the graduands who just completed discipleship and leadership course at the Miracle Bible college. A former prostitute from China and other countries, this lady underwent over five abortions. In order to continue with her business, she used to lie about her age. She tried to abort the sixth one but it failed so she delivered the baby with so many complications. Tired of her lifestyle, this lady found herself at the 77 Dogs after she returned in Uganda.
When we first heard about her story, we handed her over to Girl power, a women’s department here at church and she’s been able to undergo discipleship classes which have literally transformed her life. By yesterday, she made exactly three months without sleeping with any man.
To her, that’s a big miracle since she couldn’t spend a day without selling herself for money. Even when there was no client, she would go to bars and drink, then masturbate. Her condition was so bad that her family members rejected her, with no friends and a sense of belonging, Sharon now celebrates her new life in Christ.VBTJ
