After being told to “go get herself a university ID” before speaking to the Makerere intellectuals, Sheila Gashumba has indeed heeded to the gallant intellectuals ‘directive’. In a WhatsApp chat, the daughter to the motor-mouthed city businessman, Frank Gashumba, revealed that she will be enrolling in Middlesex University later this month.
“I’ll be leaving the country for school later this month for further studies. I will be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Communications at Middlesex University in London,” she told this website.
Sheila Gashumba studied in Mt St Marys Namagunga for her O-level before joining Kabojja International School. She joined NTV from WBS TV to host a teens TV show- T-Nation with Kleith Kyatuhaire before being elevated to co-host ‘Da Beat’ with Douglas Lwanga on the same TV station. At the age of 18, she founded an events management company named; Sarafina Events that tried to jet in Nigerian superstars, Yemi Alade and Timaya all in vain.
