Kyadondo East Legislator and Presidential aspirant Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine has vowed to go back to law school and finish his degree.
Bobi Wine revealed this while wishing happy birthday to David Lewis Rubongoya, his former constitutional law lecturer and the current secretary general, NUP.
According to Bobi, Rubongoya, a former scholar of Harvard Law School was his favorite lecturer who he would discuss Uganda and its ‘annoying politics’ with.
“We became friends and kept discussing Uganda and its annoying politics and how we are studying constitutional law in a country that has no respect for constitutionalism whatsoever.” Bobi’s long post reads in part.
Bobi Wine went ahead to credit Rubongoya for equipping him with knowledge and other ghetto youths before praising him for leaving high paying jobs to concentrate on the struggle. Bobi Wine further promised to embark on his law degree one day.
“I also promise that I will one day get back to law school and finish my course,” Bobi Wine wrote.
It should be recalled that Bobi Wine joined International University of East Africa to pursue the mentioned course before leaving it for Cavendish University. His studies are currently on hold as he continues to push his political ambitions.
