Kinyara Sugar Limited has invited applications from both female and male candidates for its Apprenticeship Training programme for the 2026/2027 intake, offering a pathway to a City & Guilds Diploma qualification in one of five engineering trades.
The available trades are:
- Factory Electrician/Instrumentation
- Fabrication and Welding
- Machining, Fitting
- Plant Maintenance and Commissioning
- Automotive Mechanics
The apprenticeship programme runs for three and a half years.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Sat O-Level (Senior 4) not more than three years ago at the time of applying, with a minimum of C passes (Credit) in English Language, Mathematics, and Physics or Technical Drawing.
- Obtained at least one Principal Pass at A-Level in any of the following: Technical Drawing, Mathematics, and/or Physics.
- Be not more than 22 years old at the time of applying.
Candidates who already hold a certificate or diploma qualification in any engineering trade are not eligible to apply.
