It seemed like the rampant deaths within Ugandan Universities had come to a halt until Kyambogo’s Ernest Hamba, a second year pursuant of a Bachelors degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics passed on this morning.
Hamba Ernest lost his fight against a cancer infection which began by fracturing his leg hence making him disabled. He was therein taken to hospital where the medics proved that it was cancer eating up his hip bone and making it weak. The cancer infection did not rest until it had migrated to his liver, lungs, and spinal cord hence rendering him lifeless in the end.
Hamba Ernest is reported to have been a clinician before he was admitted to pursue Human nutrition at Kyambogo University. He leaves behind a wife, Jackline Natabo and two children. May the soul of the deceased rest in eternal peace.
