Kyambogo University will hold its 22nd Graduation Ceremony over three days, from Wednesday, December 9 to Friday, December 11, 2026, at the University Graduation Grounds.
In a notice dated October 5, Academic Registrar Dr Annie Begumisa said each day’s ceremony will run from 9:00am to 1:00pm, with graduands presented by faculty, school or institute.
Graduands have until Wednesday, November 18 to clear for graduation, and each must pay a graduation fee of Shs100,000.
Registration is online at graduation.kyu.ac.ug/register. Students who qualify must also log into their student portals to verify and, where needed, correct their academic records, the spelling of their names, their date of birth and their passport photographs.
Errors in these details can end up on transcripts and certificates, so students are encouraged to check them well before the deadline.
Which day is your faculty graduating?
Both postgraduate and undergraduate graduands will be presented on the same day as the rest of their faculty, school or institute.
