Kyambogo University student and promising Youth Rights Activist Muyinda Reagan (Full Profile) is rallying fellow youths to support the ongoing “Integrity Campaign.”
The campaign seeks to ignite discourse, raise awareness and sensitize on the need for the promotion and preservation of integrity within our society.
The program was launched by Action Aid, Global Platform Uganda early last week and has caught the waves especially on twitter with a trending #IntegrityChampion.
The ever opinionated youth rights and good governance activist, Muyinda Reagan who was also the moderator for the online launch event has been urging all the young people to be ambassadors of integrity.
When our sources asked him why he has been all over the place calling upon young people to embrace integrity he had this to say;
“For a long time, many campaigns have placed a lot of emphasis on what we don’t want as a society and not calling out for what we would want. The beauty with this campaign is that it is advocating for what society needs and that is integrity.”
“The ambassador of possibilities David Nyaribi has been very clear in his message and that is that the only way to curing the cancer of corruption and other related problems we face as a society today is by embracing integrity,” Muyinda remarked.
Over time, Universities have been the epitome of revolutionary agendas and contemporary scholars like Muyinda are relentless to keep the ball rolling.
