Lira University’s Academic Registrar, Mr. Geoffrey Angela, has released the list of students admitted under the Direct Entry Scheme private sponsorship arrangement for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The release covers candidates admitted through private sponsorship across the university’s various programmes, giving applicants who applied outside the government-funded scheme their first confirmation of admission status for the coming academic year.
Successful applicants have been advised to download the official admission documents to confirm their status and review the specific details of their admission, including the programme and study mode they have been placed on.
For candidates who feel they qualify for a different or better programme than the one indicated, an Appeal Form has also been made available alongside the admission list, allowing eligible applicants to formally request a review of their placement.
