Makerere: How to Download Admission Letter for Freshers, Release Date for Re-advertised Admissions

The office of the academic registrar (AR) at Makerere University /MUBS has released guidelines on how freshers (new students) can download their provisional admission letters, following many complaints over the same.

According to the AR department, new students need to have access to their individual student’s portals to be able to download the admissions letters followed by steps below:

Earlier, a number of freshers raised complaints indicating that their portals don’t provide the admission letters. The affected students are advised to physically visit the institution at office 302 at the Senate building, for assistance.

Meanwhile, students who applied under the window for re-advertised programmes at Makerere, should expect the release of the admission lists today (Friday)

Orientation for freshers at Makerere is starting August 21 and will run for a week across different colleges/schools.
