Makerere University Business School(MUBS) through the guild ICT ministry together with the Computing Association of MUBS have introduced a new online system which is going to handle all students academics and financial transactions. This is to be rolled off starting academic Year 2018/2019.
The new system is intended to solve a number of queries such as lining up for verification, manual registration, to mention but a few. With this system, when fully implemented, a student can actually print their examinations Permit, hence no need of making long lines at their faculty. It is also going to help in reducing confusion among freshers that don’t know how the university system runs.
Also, that in order to pay for tuition or to make any payment, a student will be required to generate a reference number given by the system. A student can now only pay for tuition using a reference number generated by the system.
