MUBS student throws 10ma lavish birthday party

Unlike city socialite and MAK student Jackie Kembabazi who treated her guests to ‘air’ when she threw her birthday party at Serena recently, a new kid on the block has emerged. She’s here to prove to all wanna-bes how boss chics actually SPEND money!

Esther Namutebi, who also calls herself FineGyalEssie, on Thursday pumped 10 ma into her birthday party at Kololo based Nan Jing Restaurant.

The all white lavish party with a blend of gold was an invite only-attended by close friends and a few classmates who also turned up with ‘expensive’ gifts. Like the saying goes, ‘mumbagga tewabula musiiwuufu’ (loosely translated as ‘in a lavish party you can’t fail to find a lousy fella), a few chaps who were tasting the expensive drink, Moet, for the first time with their maalo were too excited that they sipped drank it like water- ending up too drunk to move. They were carried back home.

Nways, Esther is currently summing up her Bachelors of Human Resource (BHRM) course at the Nakawa based Makerere Business School (MUBS).

Expensive liquor like Moet were drunk, champagne was popped- it was a lush night.
