Western Uganda academic giant, Ntare School, has suspended students over homosexuality. According to ChimpReports, two students were on Saturday caught in the act of anal romping by their colleagues and were almost lynched. The homosexuals were rescued by the patron who called for calm.
Sources intimate that when this case was reported to the school administration on Monday, the boys were asked to conceal it and pardon the students to “protect the school reputation.” This however did not go well with the student community, who on Wednesday night launched a violent strike after night studies.
Police which was immediately called in used teargas, fired live bullets and finally managed to restore normalcy at around 3:00am, forcing all students back into their dormitories, according to the Western Region Police Field Force Unit OC Richard Tamale.
However, Jimmy Turyagyenda, Ntare School head teacher, denies this, saying students got rowdy and wanted to lynch their colleague for “stealing school uniforms.” The students, apart from candidates have been suspended till August 10, when they return to pick their report cards.
