Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) students on Saturday 23rd April joined the celebrations of General Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s 48th birthday.
The occasion was held at Children’s Peace Park (CPP) in Kiyanja opposite Lake View in Mbarara headlined by Beda Witness, the former Guild Presidential aspirant on the NRM flag and the support was from the frineds of Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
Starting at 2Pm, the students enjoyed free roasted meat, free beer as they rhymed to music and the cool breeze of the lake.
The party wasn not political as many of these students wore attires that weren’t associated with the NRM party.
Students from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Mbarara campus led by their Guild President also embraced the function.
Most of them were later on seen sharing their moments on social media, wishing General Muhoozi Kainerugaba a happy birthday and thanking his friends for throwing them a party under the hash tag #MKAt48.
“I’ve always wanted to take part in these celebrations and this time round I did. I appreciate the initiative taken for the celebrations and I wish H.E Museveni would give birth to more children for us to enjoy their birthdays,” one of the celebrants, Fred, said to us.
Celebrations went on in other institutions including Makerere University, Nkumba University, Muni University and many other entities.
