Former Kampala Resident City Commissioner (RCC) and now Masaka RCC – Mr Hudu Hussein remains a mere law degree holder after he missed out on the graduating classes of 2023 for post-graduate level at Law Development Center (LDC).
Well known as a constant social media critic of creative Bobi Wine (Robert Kyagulanyi) & a sensation for mobilizing for the MK movement (a pressure group behind the presidential bid of the first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba), Hudu reportedly failed terribly in the Civil Litigation module among others from which he failed to raise above the required 50% mark, making him ineligible for this year’s graduation.
Hudu joined LDC (Kampala Campus) for the bar course in 2021 after he completed a Law Degree at Makerere University. He also pursued Education at Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU).
Hudu’s academic setback means he will need to repeat the year at LDC to be able to bag the bar qualification (on second attempt).
A section of media reports allege that Hudu blames his failure on some kind of vendetta by lecturers at LDC “who failed him due to his affiliation to the MK Movement”
“He spends a lot of time tweeting rubbish,” a lecturer at LDC is reported to have weighed in on Hudu’s failure of exams.
Hudu earlier came out on social media to deny reports indicating his failure, after they (reports) flooded the internet, when the LDC results were released two months ago. Now it all stands clear that the Masaka RCC has not made it out of the Bar course successful.
LDC final graduation ceremony is happening this Friday at Lira Campus following successful ceremonies at Mbarara and Kampala Campuses.
