Very sad news reaching our desk indicates that a UCU graduand, Alex Khaukha and his father have been involved in an accident on the fateful morning of 29th July 2022.
The two were on their way from Mbale to UCU main campus in Mukono to attend the University’s 22nd graduation ceremony.
As it is commonly known, students are usually excited about their day of graduation as they have many dreams for the life after school.
It is sorrowful that this deceased graduand has met his death on the day that should have been one of his happiest days.
May their souls rest in eternal peace.
Today 29th July 2022, Uganda Christian University ( UCU ) is holding it’s 22nd graduation ceremony at the New Pitch. Graduands are both from the Kampala campus and main campus with not more than one thousand graduands from the main campus.
