Video: MUBS Freshers Ball Turns Chaotic, DJs Chased With Stones

The Makerere University Business School (MUBS) freshers ball 2018, which went down last Friday October 5th was another night to remember following the chaotic moments that rocked the party and suddenly swept away all the excitement.

The commonly known sweet, peaceful students lost control when the sound system jammed after singer Gravity Omutujju had just performed two songs. This annoyed the ‘Bijanjaalo’ hit maker to a point of nearly beating up the DJ who was responsible for spinning his tunes. The bitter, impatient singer later told students that it was not his fault before he decided to bounce off stage.

Gravity’s departure annoyed students who later decided to throw stones at the DJs and MCs of the night despite the latter’s efforts to calm down the situation. “You don’t want other artistes? Ok let’s close .” one of the MCs was heard asking revelers before stones started falling on stage like hailstones.

Singer Geosteady was later able to deliver the night’s last performance after the situation came back to normal following police’s involvement in the matter.

Below is the video of MUBS students throwing stones on stage;
