Police in Bushenyi District has in custody two gentlemen suspected to have murdered a student of Kampala International University (KIU).
Ddumba Anywar, a second year student pursuing a bachelors in medicine and surgery was allegedly eliminated by his own chapatti stall employees.
The unfortunate incident occurred last month on 20th as reported by Ddumba’s landlady who realized his unprecedented absence.
Since then, the suspects have been on the run as investigations intensified until Police hunted them down.

The accused are yet to be fully identified but one of them, known by his first name (Davis) narrated to the authorities how the pair had misunderstandings with their own boss (Ddumba) regarding payments.
In a video shared with this site, Davis acknowledged that his colleague made the move to attack Ddumba whilst in the room they shared for accommodation.

The deceased was tied in beddings and suffocated to death. His body was discovered the following day and transferred to KIU-Teaching Hospital for postmortem.
When the situation went south, the duo went on the run until their capture yesterday, January 31 when they were tactfully interrogated and confessed.
