Mbarara University of Science and Technology will hold its 21st Graduation Ceremony for the students who successfully completed their studies during the 2013/2014 Academic year on 31st January 2015 at Kihumuro Campus Grounds starting at 9.00 a.m.
Graduands should pay shs.70,000= (Seventy thousand shillings only) for the hire of Gowns of which Shs.30,000= (Thirty thousand shillings) is refundable on return of the Academic dress and Shs.67,750= (Sixty seven thousand seven hundred fifty shillings) bank charges inclusive for Graduation, Convocation, Certificate and Transcript fees. Those who want to retain the Gown should pay shs.130,000= (One hundred thirty thousand shillings only).
The Gowns, cards for Graduands and their parents will be ready for collection on Tuesday 27 January 2015 from the Office of the Academic Registrar.
The Graduands must take their seats by 9.00 a.m., and invited guests are expected to be seated by 9.45 a.m.
The students who have not completed payment of fees will not be presented for graduation. All payments and clearance must be done before 20th January 2015 in order for graduands to receive their Academic Transcripts and Certificates on the graduation day.
