A quarterly, picnic style music festival, Blankets and Wine on Sunday Attracted hundreds of campusers, socialites and the old for a great day of beer, sun, wine and music. The event took place at the Uganda Museum.
Kampala socialites like Judith Heard, Sylvia Awori, Gaetano, and Prince Junju mingled with campus students from Makerere, Kyambogo, and Kiu who are currently in for holidays.

The students enjoyed great music by Novelle Band, the young, hip and stylish Irene Ntale and Afrigo Band. It was quite surprising that most of the university students who were present in the crowd sang and danced along to the old tunes of the biggest band in the country, Afrigo. This event was sponsored by Tusker Malt Lager.
