Last year on 10th June, we all lost a beautiful soul, a fresh graduate from Makerere University who was involved in a motor-bike hit and run accident. Juliet Tumwesigye, a graduate in Bachelor’s of Commerce from met an untimely demise in the wee hours of 10th June in the morning after being involved in an accident.
Today, there will be a party at Valhalla Bar located along Lumumba Avenue dubbed #Jamrock4Julie in a bid to raise funds for one year in memoriam of Julie.
There will be a memorial mass on 10th June starting at 10am in the deceased’s home in Lugala, a Kampala suburb and a get together which will involve cake cutting, eating, and whatnot at 1pm on the same day.
At Valhalla bar, there will be a table dedicated to fundraising hence any well wisher, volunteer, or friend can contribute anything small towards the success of Julie’s memorial day. See you all there!
