The Rotaract club of Uganda Christian University Mukono and Play For Charity are organising a charity run and sports gala whose proceeds will go to an orphanage in Mayuge District. The Charity run will be held at the UCU main campus grounds on Saturday 24th September.
The charity run and sports gala is aimed at providing support to unprivileged children at the Little Voices Africa Orphanage in Mayuge in form of basic needs, health facilities, education requirements as well as provision of sanitary and necessity items in Kuga prison in Mukono.
Don’t miss out on fun activities like kwepena, chair dancing, bottle filling, bicycle riding, basketball, rugby, volleyball, eating competition, Tennis, Pool table, and PlayStation games.
The event will be crowned with a charity concert which will have lots of performances including the Homers poetry group that will end the day in style.
With tickets going for 10,000/- one is bound to fundraise while having fun. See you there.
