Today, the Bee crushed on a very elegant and passionate lady who is not only dedicated to her own life but also to empowering other women and serving God.
Namubiru Patricia is a second-year student at Makerere University Business School (MUBS), pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.
“Not so many of us pursue courses for personal reasons,” says Patricia.
She was inspired by Julia Muhumuza to study International Business because Julia excelled despite her involvement in campus and national politics.
Namubiru is deeply passionate about leadership and living an impactful life, understanding how life constantly changes and evolves. Currently, she serves as the president of PAWO-MUBS chapter.
This organization prioritizes women’s interests above all else. Patricia believes that witnessing women’s leadership grow is one of her greatest achievements, as creating a gender-inclusive environment is truly exhilarating.
Outside of politics, Namubiru enjoys spending her free time reading, writing, and exploring new places.
